The earth station commenced operations on May 27, 20091 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of Harris that each antenna facility associated with E090057 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to Harris on June 16, 2009, FCC File Number SES-LIC-20090331-00387.
