Harris is requesting FCC authority to license and operate a 2.4 meter C−band earth station in connection with a critical project for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The attached letter from the FAA demonstrates that Harris is the current FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure contractor. Harris submits that grant of this FAA Letter 9
