WPBF commenced operation of the facility on April 3, 2009, pursuant to the grant of Special Temporary Authority in File No. SES—STA—20090330—00382. . Pursuant to Condition 2938 of the license, WPBF has authorized the undersigned to represent that WPBF‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the licensed parameters, the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license
