("CMDC") , by its attorneys, and pursuant to 47 CFR § 25.133 and provision 5779 of the above—referenced license, hereby certifies to the Commission that it has "completed construction" with respect to this authorization. To this end, CMDC provides the following information: The name of the licensee is Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp. The license, with file number SES—LIC—20090211—00171, was granted June 30, 2009. The associated call sign is E090029. The station became operational within six months following grant of the license. The certification described in 47 CFR § 25.133(b)(1)(v) is inapplicable as CMDC is licensed to operate in the L band. Finally, the Company certifies that the station will remain operational for the duration of the license period unless a request is made to cancel the license prior to its expiration.
