("CMDC") , by its attorneys, and pursuant to 47 CFR § 25.133 and provision 2938 of the above—referenced license, submits notice to the Commission that it has "completed construction" with respect to this authorization. To this end, CMDC provides the following information: The name of the licensee is Comtech Mobile Datacom Corp. The license, with file number SES—LIC—20090211—00164, was granted September 4, 2009. The associated call sign is E090027. The station became operational within six months following grant of the license. The antenna facility testing certifications described in 47 CFR § 25.133(b)(1)(v) and in provision 2938 of the grant are inapplicable as CMDC is licensed to operate in the L band. Finally, the Company certifies that the station will remain operational for the duration of the license period unless a request is made to cancel the license prior to its expiration.
