This letter is to advise the Commission that the Station has been constructed and placed in operation. Specifically, the Commission is advised as follows: — Name of Licensee: DRS Technical Services, Inc. ("DRS—TSI") =— File Number: SES—LIC—20090115—00043 = Call Sign and Date of Grant: E090006, March 9, 2009 = Certification: DRS—TSI certifies that: (1) construction of the Station‘s facilities as authorized has been completed; (ii) each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section §25.209 of the Commission‘s rules; and (iii) as of 30 April 2009, the Station is operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
