Dear Mr. Kotler,

We‘ve recently applied for a C Band License for our new transportable uplink truck.
FCC File # SES—LIC—20081212—01598. FRN#0007234974.. New call sign #£080242.

We‘d like to acknowledge that an frequency coordination report will be created for
each location that this truck transmits from in accordance with FCC Rules — Section 25.277
Temporary fixed earth station operations, sub Paragraph F2. This is a procedure that we
have been very familiar with as we operate another C Band truck since 2000 and have
performed these frequency coordination reports for each location, so we don‘t create
interference with other terrestrial stations.

Please attach this exhibit to our application that was e—filed on Dec 12"", 2008.

Sincerely,

                 f¢lp_
