CERTIFICATION In accordance with Section 25.133(b) of the Commission‘s Rules, Weigel Broadcasting Co., licensee of Transmit/Receive Earth Station EO80212, hereby submits this certification of completion of construction and operation. The file number of the application is File No. SES—LIC—20080926—01247, and the grant date of the license is November 10, 2008. Weige!l Broadcasting Co. hereby certifies that (1) construction of Transmit/Receive Earth Station EO80212 has been completed as authorized and that the antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25,209 of the Commission‘s Rules; (2) that the station is operational; (3) that the station commenced service on October 30, 2008 pursuant to a previously issued grant of Special Temporary Authority; and (4) that Transmit/Receive Earth Station EO80212 will remain operational during the license period expiring November 10, 2023, unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
