The earth station commenced operations on February 15, 2009 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of Harris that each antenna facility associated with E080145 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. This certification is made pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2938 of the authorization issued to Harris on August 18, 2008, FCC File Number SES-LIC-20080702-00881.
