Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 9300 East Hampton Drive Capitol Heights, MD 20743 Re: Earth Station E880308 File No. SES—LIC—20080221—00196 Dear Ms. Dortch: This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to Earth Station E8$80308, licensed to WCVB Hearst—Argy le Television, Inc. ("WCVB"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant in File No. SES—LIC—20080221—00196, is complete. Construction of the facility was completed and operations commenced some 20 years ago, following the initial license grant for the same facility in File No. SES—LIC—19871117—00411. WCVB‘s operation of the earth station will continue to be in conformance with the licensed parameters. The earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. The antenna has been tested and certified by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209.
