(“ICO”) hereby certifies that construction of this satellite earth station has been completed in accordance with all terms, conditions, obligations and technical parameters set forth in the Commission’s authorization. This station has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission’s rules. The station license was granted authority on April 14, 2008, and became fully operational on or about May 9, 2008. The station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. Please direct any questions about this submission to the undersigned.
