SES—LIC—20080206—00131 to 132 Dear Ms. Dortch: > Mobile Satellite Ventures Subsidiary LLC ("MSV*") hereby submits this letter to provide an update on the construction status of the above—referenced, proposed earth stations and to support our continuing request for expeditious grant of the applications. Construction of the Napa, California facility is well underway, and the antennas and all associated RF equipment at that facility are scheduled to be installed and ready for testing by July 1, 2008. See File No. SES— > STA—20080425—00491 (granted June 4, 2008) (granting authority for antenna testing). Attached as exhibits are photos of the construction progress at the Napa site, which show that MSV ‘s contractor has poured all three of the antenna pads, erected all of the antenna pedestals, installed two of the three antenna reflectors, poured the foundation for and finished enclosure of the exterior of the RF building (Exhibits 1—3), commenced interior work on the RF building (Exhibit 4), and commenced work on the interior of the main equipment room (Exhibit 5).
