SES-LIC-20071221-01752, SES-MOD-20080804-01025, and SES- AMD-20080903-01137 Dear Ms. De La Torre: New DBSD Satellite Services G.P., Debtor-in-Possession (“DBSD”) hereby notifies the Commission that, pursuant to Section 25.258 of the Commission’s rules (47 C.F.R. § 25.258) and in connection with Commission grant of the above-referenced earth station applications,1 DBSD, Iridium Communications, Inc. (“Iridium”), and General Dynamics Satellite Communications Service, LLC (“General Dynamics”) have completed coordination for the following earth stations in the 29.25-29.5 GHz band: 1 See FCC Public Notice, Satellite Communications Services Information, Re: Actions Taken, Rpt.
