Kansas City TV 62 Limited Partnership formerly was the licensee of KSMO-TV Kansas City, Missouri. Kansas City TV 62 Limited Partnership also was an applicant in a proceeding for a construction permit for a new television broadcast station on channel 32 at Kansas City (FCC File No. BPCT-861216K8; MM Docket No. 87-86). Although Kansas City 62 TV Limited Partnership was not the prevailing applicant, no character issues were raised with respect to it or any of its principals. 263328
