Dortch Secretary RECEIVED Federal Communications Commission 9300 East Hampton Drive DEC 1 9 2007 Capitol Heights, MD 20743 Satellite D~visron Re: Earth Station E070256 International Bureau File No. SES-LIC-20071105-01531 Dear Ms. Dortch: This letter is to notify the Commission that construction relating to Earth Station E070256, licensed to Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. ("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission's grant in File No. SES-LIC-20071105-01531, was complete as of December 12, 2007. As of December 13, 2007, Hearst is prepared to, but has not yet, commenced actual operation of the station. When Hearst does commence operation of the earth station, it will be in conformance with the licensed parameters. The earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. The antenna has been tested and certified by the manufacturer to be within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Rule Section 25.209. If any questions should arise during the course of your consideration of this notification, it is respectfully requested that you communicate with this office.
