Ku—band VSAT Network FCC File #: SES—LIC—20071019—01437 FCC Cali Sign (Pending): E070244 Dear Ms. Spriggs: 1 am forwarding to you this letter on behalf of our client Tri—State Generation & Transmission Association, Inc. On October 19, 2007 they filed to license a Ku—band VSAT Network (File #: SES—LIC—20071019—01437), consisting of 2 Hub earth stations and 2 sets of remote antennas. This letter is to correct a response on Schedule B concerning compliance of the antenna gain pattems with Section 25.209(a) and (b). On Item E15 of Schedule B for the 0.52m remote antenna set, there was a misunderstanding and the Item was incorrectly checked Yes. I am forwarding this letter denoting that Item E15 should have been checked No, and requesting that if possible the FCC please give consideration to this letter and correct our oversight concerning Item E15. Our client presently has the above license application and a STA (SES—STA—20071025—01461) pending for the operation of this VSAT network, and any help on their behalf would be greatly appreciated.
