The Commission granted Intelsat LLC‘s license to operate the remote ESV terminals comprising this network on December 6, 2007. The terminals became fully operational on or about July 21, 2008. The remote ESV terminals authorized by the E070234 license have been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission‘s rules. The remote ESV terminals authorized pursuant to the license will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
