The Commission granted Intelsat LLC‘s license to operate this earth station facility on October 15, 2007. The station became fully operational on or about September 1, 2008. The earth station antenna authorized by the E070221 license has been tested and operations are consistent with Part 25 of the Commission‘s Rules.
