The following is the required information for this notification pursuant FCC Rule 25.133(b)(1): 1) Licensee Name: Raytheon Company ii) File Number: SES—LIC—20070716—00945 iii) Call Sign: E070146 iv) License Date: 8/20/2007 v) Licensee hereby certifies that the facility as authorized has been completed and that pursuant FCC Rule 25.132(f), the antenna is on a simple mount (manual drive) operating at a fixed site. Licensee certifies that proper installation, pointing and polarization procedures were followed and that the manufacturer‘s installation guidelines were followed. Furthermore, Licensee plans on periodically verify pointing and cross—polarization isolation to insure interference free operations. vi) Date of which the earth station became operational: November 9, 2007 vii) Licensee states that the station will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
