Trang,

I apologize for the delay in getting this to you today. I'm playing catchup
from being out of the office on Friday. I didn't explicitly say this in my
previous email but the EIRP value that should be in field E40 should be 62.7 dBw
since we have the carrier that is 36 MHz wide. I wasn't real clear on who at
the commission I should send this to so if it isn't you or Eleanor, please let
me know so I can send it to them.
