SES—T/C—20070404—00440, SES—T/C—20070404— 00442 and SES—T/C—20070404—00443 Dear Ms. Dortch: In accordance with Section 25.119(f) of the Commussion‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119(f), Stratos Offshore Services Company ("Stratos Offshore") hereby notifies the Commission of the consummation on December 11, 2007 of a transfer of control involving the following earth stations held by Stratos Offshore: E950151, E010263, E950150, E950149, E960147, E950136, E950135 and E980235. The above—referenced transfer of control applications were granted as part of the Commission‘s Order in In the Matter ofStratos Global Corporation, Transferor and Robert M. Franklin, Transferee, Memorandum Opinion and Order and Declaratory Ruling, FCC 07—213 (Dec. 7, 2007)("Order"). In addition to these call—signs held by Stratos Offshore, this Consummation Notice is intended to cover authorizations that have been issued to Stratos Offshore by the Commission during the pendency of the above referenced transfer of control application, including the following earth stations: EQ70114 and E0O70189. A letter pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 1.65 will also be submitted to update the application files associated with these recently granted earth station authorizations. Enclosed please find an original and five copies of this notice and an additional copy to be date—stamped and returned with our messenger.
