The licenses referenced under the call signs listed above were each granted on January 16, 2007. Each of the earth station facilities was constructed and operational within the required 12—month period, as prescribed by Section 25.133 of the Commission‘s rules. The filing of the associated certification was briefly delayed due to a medical emergency concerning GCI‘s licensing manager, and is being submitted immediately upon the temporary transfer of her duties. As a result, and out of an abundance of caution, we respectfully request this certification be accepted as timely filed or that waiver be granted of any applicable rule.
