Pursuantto Section 25.112@1)of the Commission‘s rules, 47 CF.R. §25.112(a)(1), we dismiss the application as defective withoutprejudice to refiling. ‘The applicationlits the maximum EIRP density per carier for emission 24M0G7E as +23.37 dBW/4 KHz. This is less than, and therefore inconsistent with, the average value of+2832 dBW/4 kHz that we calculated using the 66.1 dBW EIRP listd in the application and the bandwidth of the emission. Given thisinconsistency, we cannot determinethe proposed emission power.
