Pursuant to the requirements associated with the Puerto Rico Coordination Zone Agreement we have coordinated with the National Astronomy and Ionosphere Center, Arecibo Observatory, Arecibo, Puerto Rico, providing the technical aspects of our application for their consideration. Please find attached a copy of the response signed by the Observatory Director and Spectrum Manager stating that they have no objection to the installation of our earth station and no reason to believe it will cause harmful interference to the radio astronomy bands used by the Observatory.
