(FRN: 0010567428), by its undersigned counsel, licensee of the below-referenced Earth Station licenses, hereby notifies the FCC International Bureau of the change in the company’s legal name from DRS Technical Services, Inc. to DRS Global Enterprise Solutions, Inc. effective immediately. The company’s legal name change did not involve any transfer of control or assignment of license. Accordingly, the ownership interests in the below- referenced licenses remain unchanged.
