Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Comtech TCS - Surrender of Satellite Earth Station Licenses, Call Signs E060261 and E070086 Dear Ms. Dortch: Telecommunication Systems, Inc. (“Comtech TCS”), the licensee of earth stations under Call Signs E060261 (Washington, DC) and E070086 (San Diego, CA), submits this letter to inform the Commission that the company no longer operates these two transmit/receive facilities and that the licenses are hereby surrendered for cancellation. All of Comtech TCS’s equipment associated with these licenses has been removed from use at these sites. See FCC File Nos. SES- LIC-20060707-01140 (Call Sign E060261) and SES-LIC-20070508-00564 (Call Sign E070086). Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned if there are any questions concerning this matter.
