Dear Ms. Dortch:

Raysat Antenna Systems, LLC (“RAS”), pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s
Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, hereby submits this letter to clarify certain information relating to the
above-referenced applications.

RAS has become aware that certain inconsistencies exist between the technical appendix
submitted with the application and the associated application form as a result of inadvertent
typographical errors. Specifically, the response to Question E41/42 in FCC Form 312
inadvertently stated the Antenna Gain Transmit and/or Receive value for the E-7000 terminal as
0.0 dBi. The correct value, as stated in the Technical Appendix included as Attachment
Appendix A3 to each application, is 36 dBi at 14.25 GHz. In addition, the same value for the SR
5000 terminal should be changed from 30.0 dBi at 14.25 GHz to 30.5 dBi at 14.25 GHz, which is
the value stated in the Technical Appendix included as Attachment A2 to each applications.

For the avoidance of doubt, these changes apply to each of the above-referenced
applications. We would appreciate the staff’s guidance if additional action is required to address
these inadvertent typographical errors.
