("PanAmSat"). In particular, PanAmSat seeks to change its response to Question E15 regarding two-degree compliance. PanAmSat has prepared an additional exhibit (a copy attached) as required by 47 CFR 25.209 of the Commission's rules and requests that the engineering report containing that information be associated as an exhibit with the subject application. Additionally, the site location on PanAmSat's initial application was mistakenly identified as "PA" and should be corrected to reflect "NJ"; all other site information as previously filed -- including the original coordinates -- is correct. PanAmSat intends to file in the near future an application to amend the subject application to provide new ownership information following the consummation of a transfer of control to which the Commission has already consented. Because ownership changes arising from transfers of control are classified as minor amendments, that amendment would not need to go back on Public Notice. Accordingly, we respectfully request that you proceed with placing the instant application on Public Notice to begin its processing irrespective of the anticipated amendment.
