Box 358160 Pittsburgh, PA 15251-5160 In re: Call Sign: E060150 File No.: SES-LIC-200060426-00720 CERTIFICATION: On June 7, 2006, Carol I. lves (d/b/a White Springs Media) ("IVES") was granted a Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") Radio Station Authorization ("Authorization") as a Non-Common Carrier in the Domestic Fixed Satellite Service operating a Fixed Earth Station Class of Station: Licensee: Carol I. lves (d/b/a White Springs Media) Antenna Call Sign: E0060150 File Number: SES-LIC-20060426-00720 The Authorization required construction, usage, and operational capability not later than 3 AM on June 7, 2007. IVES has constructed its Fixed Earth Station as set forth in Sections A,B,C,D,E,F,G, H of the Authorization. Also, it used its Antenna Facility initially on August 11, 2006, and, therefore, the Facility is operational. Through an internal oversight, the requisite CERTIFICATION has not been submitted to the Commission prior to the instant one. Additionally, IVES, through its Satellite System Chief Operator, Edward Shiflett, further certifies that the Antenna Facillty has been tested and is within 2dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the FCC's Rules and Regulations ("Rules") for Satellite Stations. Accordingly, this Certification is submitted to the FCC, albeit late, so as to comply with the requirements of Section 25.133 of the Rules and as specified in Section A of the Authorization. CAROL I.
