                           Dear Ms. Dortch:

Intelsat LLC (Intelsat"), by its attorneys, files this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the
rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC")‘ to provide additional
information relevant to the above—captioned application for a new earth station license.

Intelsat intends to insert a new holding company, Intelsat Intermediate Holding
Company, Ltd., into its corporate chain above its FCC—licensed entities. As such, on
March 24, 2006, and pursuant to Section 25.119 of the FCC‘s rules, Intelsat filed
applications seeking consent for the proposed non—substantive, pro forma transfer of
control of its existing earth station licenses from Intelsat (Bermuda), Ltd. to Intelsat
Intermediate Holding Company, Ltd." The FCC‘s rules do not require Intelsat to seek the
FCC‘s prior approval for the proposed non—substantive, pro forma ownership change for
the above referenced pending earth station license application. Indeed, the FCC‘s rules
did not require Intelsat to provide ownership information in this earth station application.
Out of an abundance of caution, however, Intelsat hereby notifies the FCC of the
proposed new holding company, which is fully described in the pending applications for
                          pro forma transfer of control."

Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned with any questions.

                          Resectfully submitted, \
