Jeannette:

You are correct. I seem to have placed the RF power density per 4 kHz instead of
the EIRP density per 4 kHz. Okay, so to be sure:

ES Gain = 45 dBi

RF Power Density = -14 dBW/4kHz

So, the EIRP Power Density/4kHz = 45-14 = 31 dBW/4 kHz. So 31 dBW/4kHz is
correct.

I submitted two other applications for SUNY with this one and I just checked and
I believe I did those correctly (phew!).

Thank you and if you need anything further please let me know.

Regards,

Ken

Mr. Ryan,

This email is in regards to your pending application referenced above. We in
your application regarding the EIRP density you have

-1400 dBW/4kHz, which is in the wrong place. We think you meant to put 31
dBW/4kHz instead, which will give you a -1400 for the power density which is
correct.

Please send me something for me to make the correction to your pending
application.

Thanks,
Jeanette
