FOR CLARIFICATION

GUSA Licensee LLC, through its corporate parent (“Globalstar”)1 hereby withdraws its previously filed Petition for Clarification.2 The Petition is moot given the Commission’s March 2011 Order3 and subsequent grant of Globalstar’s amended earth station applications,4 which essentially provide the relief requested in the Petition. 1 Globalstar, Inc. is the parent company of GUSA Licensee LLC, which holds licenses for Globalstar’s earth station gateways located in the United States. 2 Petition of GUSA Licensee LLC and Globalstar Inc. for Clarification, GUSA Licensee, LLC – Applications to operate four new feeder link earth stations in Sebring, Florida using the 5 and 7 GHz frequency bands (File Nos.
