Journal Broadcast Corporation (’Journal’) submits the instant application to seek Commission consent to operate a transmit receive satellite earth station. Journal previously held a license for a station at this location and recently discovered that the license had not been timely renewed due to an administrative oversight. This application CERTIFICATION The Applicant waives any claim to the use of any particular frequency or of the electromagnetic spectrum as against the regulatory power of the United States because of the previous use of the same, whether by license or otherwise, and requests an authorization in accordance with this application. The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20. This application does not involve any changes in the station’s technical parameters. Grant of this application is in the public as it will enable Journal to continue to provide satellite transmissions of local news and weather information to the ABC Network and ABC Network station affiliates. 16
