As a follow-up to our
conversation of this morning, I confirm that the lower frequency limit for
the receive mode of Maritime Telecommunications Network, Inc.'s
("MTN") above-referenced proposed earth station that is included in
Response No. E43/44 on Schedule B of MTN's FCC Form 312 application should be
3700 MHz, not the stated 3400 MHz. I thank you for bringing this
inadvertent inclusion of the wrong figure to my attention, and for allowing us
this opportunity to confirm by this e-mail that 3700 MHz is the correct
figure.
