REQUIRING PERSONNEL TO OCCUPY ANY HAZARDOUS REGION BETWEEN
THE FEED HORN, SUB-REFLECTOR AND REFLECTOR.

PRECAUTIONS WILL BE TAKEN TO VERIFY THAT THE ANTENNA IS NOT
POINTING TOWARD ANY POPULATED AREA.
