This letter is to advise the Commission that the Station has been constructed and placed in operation. Specifically, the Commission is advised as follows: — Name of Licensee: Westar Satellite Services LP (It is noted that simultaneously with the filing of this notification, a notice is being filed with the Commission specifying that the name of the licensee has been changed from Cedar Hill Texas Video Network LP to Westar Satellite Services LP ("Westar"). A copy of the name change notification is attached) — File Number: SES—LIC—20050228—00236 — Call Sign and Date of Grant: EO50050, April 12, 2005 — Certification: Westar certifies that: (1) construction of the Station‘s facilities as authorized has been completed; (ii) each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commuission‘s rules; and (ii1) as of April 12, 2005, the Station is operational and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. 777 Westar Lane + Cedar Hill Texas 75104 + 972.291.6000
