LC (*EchoStar®)filed the above.captioned application for suthority to operate a Ka—Band" carth station in Gilbert, Wyoming. For the reason discussed below, we dismiss the appliation as defective, withoutprejudice Section 25.115(e) f the Commission‘s rulesprovides that [A]pplications to license individual earth sttion operating in the 20/30 GHz band shall be fled on PCForm 312, Main Form and Schedule B. and shall also include the information describe in Section 25.138." A review ofthe application has revealed that EchoStar faled to submit the radiation patems required by Section 25.138(0) in addition, EchoStar failed to provide the toalinput power at antenna flange information in the application Form 312. Schedule B, Iem E38. Accordingly,pursuant to Section 25.112(a)(1)" and Section 0.261 ofthe Commission‘s rules, EchoSar‘s application IS DISMISSED as defective,without prejudice torefiing‘.
