The attached table identifies discrepancies in CBS licenses with yellow shading. Since it is believed that these inconsistencies can more efficiently be corrected all at once, we are providing this informal letter rather than scores of individual applications as recommended in the Public Notice. Presuming that the IBFS Address table is intended to represent the applicant/licensee; information in the Address Name field (column four in the attached table) should be adjusted to match the Correct Licensee field (column two). CBS affirms that no transfers or assignments have occurred. The correct street address is: 1725 DeSales St. NW; Suite 501; Washington, DC 20036—4426 Since CBS uses the same location for the Contact, this data can either be duplicated or referenced (e.g., "Same as Applicant") as desired. We also found two Earth Station records (EQ40132 and E7587) that were transferred licensed to Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc. but still show CBS contact information.
