This transfer of control was approved by the Commission per File No. SES—T/C—20081204—01724 effective 11/30/2010. See, Public Notice, Report No. SES—01300, rel. 12/1/2010. Shared Data is the licensee of the following Very Small Aperture Terminal ("VSAT") networks: Call Sign E050007 (File No. SES—LIC—20050111—00030); Call Sign E920415 (File No. SES—MOD—20081203—01721) Call Sign E881406 (File No. SES—STA—20110107—00022) The third Call Sign above references a Special Temporary Authority ("STA") most recently extended effective January 11, 2011. (Public Notice, Report No. SES—01312). 1 In addition, Shared Data has a currently pending application for a full term license for Call Sign E881406. This application for final authority (File No. SES—LIC—20090707—00840) was accepted for filing by the Commission on July 15, 2009 (Report No. SES—01155) and remains pending at this time.
