Applicant proposes to use the temporary fixed SNG vehicle to enhance the television program service of its affiliated station WLUK−TV, Green Bay, WI. The primary use will be to enhance coverage of news events and public safety issues. CERTIFICATION The Applicant waives any claim to the use of any particular frequency or of the electromagnetic spectrum as against the regulatory power of the United States because of the previous use of the same, whether by license or otherwise, and requests an authorization in accordance with this application.
