No, I 'm not talking about your Frequency Coordination by Comsearch, I am talking about your
technical data information for the Satellite Arc East and West, Elevation Angle East and West,
and Azim East and West on the FCC Form 312 Schedule B?

Thank you

Dear Ms. Lott,

Your email regarding the satellite application of Alabama Educational Television
Commission, FCC file number is SES-LIC-20041109-01670, E040433, filed 11-9-2004,
was passed on to me by Mr. Windell Wood of AETC.

It is my understanding that frequency coordination is not required for Ku-band satellite
applications - Is this not the case?

I was told this by an employee of the frequency coordinating company Comsearch. If
coordination of some kind is necessary, we will get it done.

Thank you,

Jeffrey C. Gehman
