David Artim, Esq. has informed me that the form as submitted was missing an entry of the Maximum EIRP Density in a 4 kHz Band in Schedule B, Page 4, Column g. This value was calculated to be no greater than 29.8 dBW/4 kHz Band, and this value is what should be found in the application. This corresponds to a maximum EIRP per carrier of 66.4 dBW, which should be found in column f. I am sorry that I didn't catch this omission before the forms were sent to the client for corporate officer's signature and filing, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
