Nina, I spoke to Ken Ryan yesterday about the FCC's concern for their monitoring site in Hawaii, and we reviewed CR 25.203(g). We then calculated the power flux density for the Hickam earth station toward the Waipahu, Hawaii monitoring station and determined that it is well below the maximum level as specified in CR 25.203(g).
