The license for this earth station was granted to NewCom on August 13, 2004.‘ NewCom certifies that the station became operational in June 2004° and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. NewCom also certifies that the station has been constructed as authorized and each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.209. 1 Please note that NewCom has since filed a modification application (SES—MFS— 20041206—10790) and an amendment to the modification application (SES—AFS—200501 14— 00050) for Call Sign EQ40267. These applications are still pending. 2 Please note that NewCom was authorized by the Commission to begin operations prior to receipt of the station license by Special Temporary Authority granted on June 21, 2004, File No. SES—STA—20040616—00832.
