Dear Mr. Godles: By the subject application, the Glentel Corporation (Glentel) proposes to construct a VSAT network consisting of nine (9) earth stations located in Denver, Colorado; Fort Lupton, Colorado; Bracewell, Colorado; Ault, Colorado; Cheyenne, Wyoming; Little Bear, Wyoming; Goshen, Wyoming; Guernsey, Wyoming; and Slater, Wyoming. We note, from this application, that the nine VSAT stations listed above are located in the United States and are to be controlled by facilities outside of the United States, in Canada. The address of this control-facility is: 322 Kaska Road, T8A 4G7, Sherwood Pk, Alberta, Canada. To further process the application, the Commission requires Glentel to supply the name, address, and telephone number of a point of contact located in the United States. The point of contact must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven days per week. If the authorization is granted, the contact must possess the authority and the capability to terminate operations of the earth station. Glentel is required to respond to this letter, by amendment to subject application, not later than December 10, 2004. Failure to do so will cause the Commission to promptly dismiss the application, pursuant Section 25.112 (c) of its Rules. See 47 C. F. R. § 25.112 (c).
