File No. SES-LIC-20040428-00601 It appears that we inadvertently provided the incorrect operational frequency ranges. The system will only operate in the Standard C-band frequency ranges which are 5.925 MHz to 6.425 MHz. My apologies for the errors and the inconvenience.
