The application includes nine (9) locations, three (3) of which are offshore oil platforms. These platforms are stationary and transmission will only take place from the locations (specific latitude and longitude) that were coordinated by Comsearch, Inc. The other six (6) are land locations along the Texas coast of the Gulf of Mexico and, as such, are also fixed and will also only transmit from the locations (specific latitude and longitude) that were coordinated by Comsearch, Inc.
