("LEN"), was granted a Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") Radio Station Authorization ("Authorization") as a Common Carrier in the Domestic Fixed Satellite Service operating a Fixed Earth Station Class of Station: Licensee: Antenna Latin Entertainment Network, Inc. Call Sign: File E040059 Number: SES-LlC-200401 07-00141 . The Authorization required construction, usage, and operational capability not later than 3 AM on April 6, 2005. LEN has constructed its Fixed Earth Station as set forth in Sections A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H of the Authorization. Also, it used its Antenna Facility initially on March 29,2005, and the Facility is operational.$

Additionally, LEN, through its Satellite System Chief Operator;
Edward Shiflett, further certifies that the Antenna Facility has been
tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 of
the FCC'S Rules and Regulations ("Rules") for Satellite Stations.

Accordingly, this Certification is submitted to the FCC so as to
comply with the requirements of Section 25.133 of the Rules and as
specified in Section A of the Authorization.
