<P>The Max EIRP density per Carrier is the Earth Station EIRP (from the
calculations of the Uplink Earth Station Specifications) minus 10log(Symbol
Rate) or, in this case:</P>
<P>55.6 dBW - 10log(1.1MSps)</P>
<P>The answer may take one of three forms, depending on if the applications form
wants it "per Hz" or "per 4kHz" or "per MHz", i.e.:</P>
<P>-34.81 dBW/Hz or</P>
<P>1.19 dBW/4kHz or</P>
<P>25.19 dBW/MHz</P>
<P>The best answer is 1.19 dBW/4kHz.</P>
