SES-LIC-20030722-01032; SES-LIC-20030722-01033 Dear Ms. Dortch: By this letter, EchoStar Satellite Corporation (“Echostar”) hereby withdraws its request for authority to communicate with all of the points of communication listed in its pending GK2 and GK3 earth station applications, FCC call signs E030167 (FCC File No. SES- LIC-20030722-01032) and E030168 (FCC File No. SES-LIC-20030722-01033),except for the ALSAT designation.’ With the requested points of communication deletions, EchoStar hopes that the International Bureau can expeditiously grant these pending earth station applications.
